"What a delicious dessert! A beautiful strawberry Cheesecake with actual pieces of strawberry's in the inside. Yum!"
INGREDIENTS
1 package of fresh strawberries
We are going to cheat today and use our pre-made crust to cut time but you can make your own crust and you can ask me if you need the recipe and I will post it.
Graham Cracker Crust or your choice.
In a Kitchen Mixer or Blender add..
2 Cream cheese packages
1 egg if you like it creamy. 2 eggs if you like it a bit more stiff.
Sugar to your own taste. I like min sweet but I give you the option on how sweet. Add and taste is my opinion.
Add vanilla extract or bean
MIX until smooth!
Once everything is smooth and have taken a sample taste and you are happy with the amount of sugar then you can continue.
Please dice half of the strawberries and put to the side the other half of the strawberries
Add to the mix AFTER everything has been mixed and smooth. Take a spoon or spatula and mix the diced strawberries with out breaking them and the white chocolates.
1/2 cup of white chocolate pieces!! Can you say yummy!! (OPTIONAL)
Now we will add everything into the crust. Make it nice and smooth. Place in the oven at 350 degrees until firm and test with a tooth pick in the middle (or fork) and it must come out CLEAN.
About 30 minutes it all depends on your stove. So please keep an eye on it.
While that is baking...
SLICE the other half of the Strawberries like so..
Add to a pot
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of sugar
You can add lemon zest for a little bit of tang (optional)
Let it simmer until the strawberries create a sauce. Once it has become a bit thick and much like a sauce you can add on top of the cheesecake once out the oven.
Let the cheesecake rest for 10 to 15 minutes and the refrigerate. Once it has cooled down add some whip cream and enjoy every peace!!
How about some ice cream to accompany this delicious cake?
All done!!
I am doing this recipe on Saturday! I'm super excited! Thanks again for the fact that you did this for me. Keep them coming! :D
